Flashings are pre-bent metal trims essential for sealing exposed areas where sheets meet walls, ridges, or eaves.

Standard Ridge Flashing: Seals the peak where two slopes meet. Available in standard 45-degree angles or custom bends.
Gable/Corner Flashing: Used to trim the vertical edges of the roof where it meets the end wall, preventing water infiltration and wind uplift.
Apron Flashing: Seals the junction where the roof meets a raised wall or parapet.

Anti-Condensation Membrane: Applied beneath the sheet in non-insulated roofing to absorb moisture and prevent condensation dripping onto the floor below.
